Ivan yaro sakhiye, ariyene,
Sakhi yadondrum theriyene Sakhiye

Anupallavi

Thee vil oli kaushubhavum anindu kondu,
Theril yeriye singara bhavani varaan.

Charanam

Padathil oru mangai, pakkathil oru mangai,
Chithulabam manda thiru marbil oru mangai,
Yedukkai anindhano ivan thaan emperumano,
Sadithu naan cheytha thava payanaai vandana

English Translation

Pallavi

Friend, I do not know who he is,
Friend, I do not know anything, friend.

Anupallavi

Wearing the kausthubha which shines like fire,
He climbs on a chariot and comes on a pretty parade.

Charanam

In the picture there is a lady, by his side there is a lady,
And why did he wear another lady on his attractive chest,
Is he our lord and God, Has he come,
Because of the Thapas that I did.
