Devadhi devan, thyagesan,
Thiruvilayadal chei, thiruvaroor valar

Charanam
Nambina perkku, iga param irandilum,
Nal vaazhvum, perinbamum nalgum,
Tondargal vendum varam taruvone,
Shambuvudan Kamalambigai magizhum,
Talaivane, dayaparane, jagam pugazhum,
Kummba munikkarul, Kumaran mun thondriya,
Komaane, ramadasan ullam valar

English Translation

Pallavi
I surrender to your holy feet,
Oh Ganapathi of Vatapi

Anupallavi
Who grew up in Thiruvaroor,Where,
The God of gods, Thyagesan played his holy acts,

Charanam
He, who is the one who gives good life and great joy in this world,
And in heaven to those who believe in him,
Who gives the boons that they want to his devotees,
Who is the lord who makes Shiva as well as his,
Consort Kamalambikai happy,
Who is the one who does merciful acts,
Who is the one who was kind to the world famous sage Agasthya,
Who is the Lord who was born before Lord Subrahmanya,
And who grew up in the mind of Ramadasan.
