Karunai kadale naan

Anupallavi
Nindren sannidhi arugil,
Nirmala amrutham unden,
Vendren pori pulangalai,
Vinnavar pothum piranai kanden

Charanam
Anadhi karpithamagiya mayaigal yavayum vendren,
Adhi aanandam konden, aanava malam vinden,
Manadhigalukku yettamal magimai porundhiya thillayil,
Mayan Gopala Krishnan thozhum mahadevan thirumeniyai kanden

English translation

Pallavi
I saw him and put an end to all sufferings,
Oh ocean of mercy

Anupallavi
I stood near your sanctum,
I ate the very pure nectar,
I won control over my organs and wishes,
And I saw the God who is praised by the devas.

Charanam
I won over all the illusions which were made in primeval times,
I became extremely happy, I broke the dirty thing called ego,
And I saw in Chidambaram that God who was praised by Bala Krishna,
Who has the great fame of being not reachable by the mind.
