English translation
Pallavi
Give me your dancing feet,
See, see, I have come in search of you.
Anupallavi
Oh stealer of the mind of Shivakami whom the world praises,
Oh king of dance of Chidambara, see, I would not leave your hand
Charanam
Oh Hara, is not Balakrishna’s job is of becoming your devotee,
Do I not know that seeing temple of Chidambaram would lead to salvation,
Do you not know that my mind cannot forget you even for a second,
I would not praise you for I do not find pleasure in it of seeing you in the
temple.
